John Roche
John Roche is an Associate Professor in the English Department at RIT and a poet well known in this region. He is the author of On Conesus, and Topicalities, two well received poetry collections. Also his poems have been published in many journals through the country. Besides teaching creative writing, John's background is in Walt Whitman and the American free-verse and experimental poetry traditions. John will read from his own work and offer help to poets in the JPC group.
